Openings, Closings, Water Testing
Our pool opening services ensure that your pool is ready to go for the summer season, while our pool closing services prepare it for winter. We also provide free water testing at our store location to ensure that your pool is always sparkling clean and safe for use.

Spring Opening Packages

Includes everything in the basic opening plus additional site visit(s), as needed, to achieve a swim-ready result!
Check and clean debris from skimmers
Check and clean debris from automatic cover and box
Vacuuming and debri removal
Clean scum line
Backwash, as needed.
Clean salt cell, if applicable
Check and fill automatic chemical feeders (chemicals included)
Brush pool steps and benches
Diagnostic system check on all equipment including lights, heater, filter, etc.
Water chemistry reading(s) + chemicals adjustment.
**Homeowners are required to take over pool maintenance after the final visit.
Complex issues such as staining, yellow algae, discoloration, etc. may require additional evaluation, treatment(s), and costs.

Remove pool cover and store on deck. If automatic safety cover, drain any standing water and open.
Start-up equipment in “as is” condition.
Remove winterization plugs and install the owner's fittings.
Insert ladder, handrail, and other pool accessories.
Your pool water will not be vacuumed, cleared, or cleaned.
If you prefer a more in-depth opening, refer to the Green to Blue package option.
**Additional costs for missing white goods (fittings, eyeballs for returns, etc.) and other necessary parts needed for a basic opening.
Fall Closings

A basic fall closing will include the following:
Drain and winterize circulation, filtration, and heating system
Remove pool fittings and accessories, store them onsite
Void all plumbing of water with compressed air and plug
Install mesh safety cover, if applicable.
Disassemble and move all pool accessories to your desired location (handrail, ladder, etc.)
**Additional costs for spillovers, spas, water features, and poorly maintained pools.
Pools with heavy natural debris will not be cleaned. The pool will need to be cleared of natural debris by the homeowner prior to our arrival. If not, it will be closed in as-is condition.
